Unbuckling the Beltway Comic

So, remember that comic I promised? When I was in DC this weekend, I observed a bunch of people taking their pants off in the Metro. I decided to try to my hand at making comics, and I have made a four page comic about my adventure. It was really difficult. There are plenty of inconsistencies, technical gaffes, and blocks of text that look like they are from Rugrats. Not to mention that I can only barely draw. But you’ve got to start somewhere right? Anyway, download the pdf: Unbuckling the Beltway.

hey man, this is peter’s friend shivaun. peter may have told you i fucking love your blog (and i do!). i did the pantsless ride in nyc and it was great, with tons of media there and lots of people converging on union square afterwards. people showed up with pro-pants fliers and pamphlets, and some people just chillin in union square were surrounded and pressured into taking off their pants. basically this comment exists to tell you how much i like your blog, but pantsless subway ride was a great time too. i hope dc can gain the momentum that the nyc ride has!
